Pumpkin Walk Part 2: Syracuse
So our neck of the woods also does a pumpkin walk, but they do carved pumpkins so you walk around at night. I apologize if some of the pictures are fuzzy or not focused, its hard taking pictures of pumpkins at night. Here we are at the entrance, only Coop and I went since Dan and Bailey are sick. I had to bribe him with a treat to get his picture with me and even then the little stink wouldn't look at the camera. He did want his picture by this pumpkin that was a haunted house since he loves houses. This year they had a multi-level pumpkin train track thingy that Cooper couldn't be pulled away from. We seriously had to see it 5-6 times. Here is a fuzzy picture of what it kind of looked like:There were pumpkins being pushed around on all of the different levels. Here he is absolutely mesmerized:And the following were some of the incredible etched/carved pumpkins. First, Mickey Mouse:An owl:Rocket:Angel Donald Duck and Devil Donald Duck (these were up high so kind of hard to get a good shot):The Beatles:Elmo or Grover, not sure which one:Ghostbusters:The Smurfs (they had all of the Smurfs and multiple Smurf houses):Finally, they had a whole section devoted to the armed forces. It was amazing. They were all cut so intricately though that not many of my pictures turned out. They had all of the division seals (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines) as well as a soldier's cross and the POW flag. These two turned out, this just gives you some idea of how amazing these pumpkins were:
