I Hope They Call Me On a Mission

Several weeks ago, Daniel was asked to help with a primary sharing time. The theme was "missionaries" and the Primary president had people that had served in different missions around the world come and speak a scripture in the language that they taught and if possible, show a couple of things from their mission. Here he is showing off one of several coconut monkeys that grace our basement:He also had this really neat tapestry to show the kids:And here is the whole lot of returned missionaries singing "Called to Serve" in their respective languages, the kids got to hear Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese. The primary president also made a map with pins of all the places people in the ward have served. It is hanging in the primary room and the kids were definitely excited about possibly serving a mission some day.
